What’s your name, location, and what kind of healing work do you offer?
Hi, I’m Kathryn Ryan, based in Roanoke, Texas. I’m an energy healer and intuitive guide offering Reiki, chakra balancing, and intuitive healing sessions that help release emotional blocks and restore balance on all levels—mind, body, and spirit. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions so you can receive healing from anywhere.
Who is your ideal client, and what transformation do you help them achieve?
I work with women who feel stuck in old patterns or are ready to heal emotional wounds that keep them playing small. Through energy work and intuitive insight, I help them rewire limiting beliefs, restore self-worth, and reconnect with their authentic power so they can move through life with confidence and ease.
What inspired you to do this kind of work?
My journey began after my own experience with childhood trauma and emotional heaviness: I walked around very guarded—I realized traditional approaches weren’t enough to shift the deep patterns within me. When I discovered energy healing, it felt like coming home. The transformation I experienced inspired me to help others find that same freedom and peace within themselves.
What’s something clients often say after working with you?
Clients often tell me they feel lighter, grounded, and more like themselves again—as if a weight they didn’t realize they were carrying has been lifted. Many describe a sense of peace, clarity, and emotional release that helps them see their lives through a new lens.
What’s one fun or unexpected thing people might not know about you?
I’m a total science-and-spirit nerd—I love diving into neuroscience and quantum energy to understand how healing actually reshapes the brain and body. And when I’m not in “healer mode,” you’ll probably find me outside in nature with my 14 year old daughter, coffee in hand, chasing sunsets. I also spent 11 years in Maui, raising my girl and working at The Four Seasons Maui where I lived out a dark night of the soul…a figurative death and rebirth!
