As the founder of Mother Lotus LLC, Maureen Zwierzynski supports women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, grounding their energy, and accessing a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. Through intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance, and transformative group experiences, she creates a nurturing space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered.

We asked Maureen a few questions about her journey, her work, and what inspires her most:
1. What’s your name, location, and what kind of healing work do you offer?
I’m Maureen Zwierzynski, also known by my spirit name Mother Lotus, which reflects my medicine of nurturing, unconditional love, and guiding others to bloom from muddy waters into their fullest light. Based in Lake Barrington, IL, I offer women’s retreats, women’s circles, intuitive life coaching, Reiki and soul attunement, sound baths, yoga/meditation classes, and customized ceremonies for life’s meaningful moments. I also founded Kinnect Community, a conscious collective for women seeking authentic connection and soulful experiences. (Virtual sessions available.)
2. Who is your ideal client, and what transformation do you help them achieve?
I mainly support women—especially those navigating transitions, burnout, or feeling lost—who are ready to reconnect with themselves. I help them reignite their inner spark, remember their highest potential, and take small but powerful steps toward a life they don’t need to escape… a life rooted in purpose, clarity, and joy.
3. What inspired you to do this kind of work?
My own healing journey. I’ve been walking the path of healing since childhood trauma at age four, and later reached a breaking point of burnout in my late twenties. Transforming my life led me to the practices I now share—everything I offer is something that helped me come home to myself. This work is both my purpose and my medicine.
4. What’s something clients often say after working with you
Clients often tell me they feel immediately safe with me—that they feel truly seen. They appreciate my grounded presence, intuitive guidance, and direct yet compassionate support. They know I genuinely care about their growth.
5. What’s one fun or unexpected thing people might not know about you?
I started an Earth Club in third grade. We only had two members haha, but I guess I was already trying to live my purpose—helping people reconnect with the Earth and each other.
