We asked Sheyla a few questions about her journey, her healing work, and what inspires her most:
What’s your name, location, and what kind of healing work do you offer?
I am Sheyla Zayas and I am based out of South Florida. People from throughout the United States and locally seek me for my Energetic Coaching, Energy Work, and Breathwork. My intuitively led sessions help people uncover subconscious patterns that are playing out in their lives in undesired ways. Together, we get to the root of burnout by addressing their over giving, people-pleasing, feeling guilty
for saying no.
What inspired you to do this kind of work?
As a marketing executive, my anxiety and stress were at a 10 out of 10. In my search for relief, I discovered breathwork and it became my lifeline. Layer by layer, I released unforgiveness toward my parents, resentment about life’s challenges, and the pressure to be perfect. Slowly, I began to soften. Eventually, it happened: I felt pure joy again. The same wonder and curiosity I had as a child. I’d catch myself smiling while driving for no reason. I wasn’t holding my body as tight anymore. That’s when I knew I had to share this. Now, I help others peel back their own layers and return to that lightness, too.
Who is your ideal client, and what transformation do you help them
achieve?
I work with burned-out high achievers—the ones who lie awake at night replaying every mistake, who feel stretched thin but can’t seem to slow down. They’re exhausted from overgiving, overdoing, and the relentless pressure to ‘get it all right.’ Through breathwork and energy healing, I help them quiet their inner critic and finally experience deep peace and lightness. The result? Clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of joy.

What are 3 tips you would give women?
1. “Doing nothing” is your secret weapon.
You might feel guilty for resting, but pushing through exhaustion is self-sabotage. Burnout will cost you far more time than a 15-minute pause.
2. You are not “behind”
You are exactly where you need to be. Instead of obsessing over timelines, focus on intention + trust. The right things unfold when they’re meant to, not when you’ve tortured yourself into “making it happen.”
3. Forgiveness is a key to freedom.
Holding resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to get sick. Release it, not because they deserve it, but because you do.
What’s one fun or unexpected thing people might not know about you?
I’m a life-long learner. Reading and learning are some of my passions. I love discovering knowledge about the cosmos, the human psyche, and random useless facts.
