A dear friend and I recently traveled to Civana Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ – yes, the name is real and the town is just as perfect as it sounds- for a much needed get away to Civana Wellness Resort and Spa. I can’t tell you how good this trip was for the soul! Spending time with a great friend, hiking, sunshine and warm weather in February, getting space to reflect and be grateful. I encourage you everyone to take time for yourself and do what rejuevenates you. It is so important. The resort had all sorts of wonderful activities, including a numerology class. I had definitely heard of it but didn’t know anything about it – the teacher was so kind and knowledgeable and made the class fun. We all sat on the floor in these wonderful padded seat cushions with back and calculated our number. She carefully explained what each number meant and what life lesson was associated with it. It was so interesting and made me curious to learn more about it. To get your number all you do is add the digits of your birthday up to a single number so if your birthday was Januray 3, 1990, your number would be 1+3+1+9+9+0=23 and 2+3=5. Have you ever done this?
